Kristin Bell is an associate attorney with Creighton & Rose, PC and has worked in a lot of different
jobs, including as a dishwasher, barista, and bartender, and she is intimately familiar with the callous
ways bosses and the capital class can treat their workers. After participating in a successful
unionization effort, Kristin decided to become an attorney to work to vindicate the rights of workers
like her former colleagues, brave people who stood up for themselves against mistreatment. Kristin
continued to work and care for her young daughter throughout her legal education. During her time
in law school, Kristin focused on employment and labor law, and worked at Creighton & Rose, PC as
an intern during her final year of law school. Working as an intern allowed her the opportunity to gain
practical experience working on real employment and civil rights cases. Her impressive legal
acumen and natural argumentation abilities earned her an associate position with the firm. She
found out she passed the bar exam during her first trial and as of the writing of this bio is undefeated
in her career.
